CLUB Advertisements

Club Officers please note that the advertising is the best way to attract people to your dances. It is suggested that you advertise in all regional square dance publications like (Open Squares, Blue Book and Western Roundup News) etc.
It is very helpful for you to be listed on the internet at WWW.Dance4Fun.Com . However being on the web is not a replacement for hard copy advertising. A schedule of publication deadlines is provided below.

Western Round Up News is published four times a year on the 1st of (Feb., May, Aug., Nov).
The Round Up News offers Advertising Space. All ads must be camera ready. The deadlines for ads and articles are listed Above.

AD PRICES:

FULL PAGE	8.5" X 11"	$ 25.00
HALF PAGE	8.5" X 5.5" or one Column	$ 12.50
QUARTER PAGE	1/2 Column or less	$ 8.00
CALLER and CUER	Business Card published in two locations	$ 20.00/year

We reserve the right to edit all submitted materials for clarity, brevity and to modify to fit the page.
All articles may be Re-Printed provided credit is given to their source.

All dance event advertisements, submitted to the Western Round Up News, will be placed on the http://www.Dance4Fun.Com WEB Site at no additional Charge.
On this site you will be able to see club schedules, Club flyers, Maps to clubs and by request Only you will receive free e-mail of weekly dances reported to this site. Complements of Lynn Huber, the Dance4Fun Site Owner, and Vance & Elaine Granger.

Clubs are welcome and encouraged to submit information for CLUB NEWS. Editors will endeavor to produce fliers for publication if a club need help. An original copy will be provided to the club for their use.
